QbD Pharma Partners with Hebei University of Science and Technology to Establish Joint Laboratory

On January 9th, QbD Pharma and Hebei University of Science and Technology (HEBUST) reached in-depth cooperation consensus, focusing on building a joint laboratory and advancing industry-academia-research integration to boost the high-quality development of the biopharmaceutical industry.

Led by Han Xinfeng, Chairman of QbD Pharma, and Yan Wenyu, Vice Chairman, a delegation including heads of R&D, production, and human resources departments visited HEBUST. The visit was warmly received by Xu Zhice, Vice President of HEBUST, along with leaders and core teachers from the School of Chemical Engineering and other relevant departments. Both parties held in-depth discussions on technological research, achievement transformation, and talent training.

Chairman Han Xinfeng stated that QbD Pharma, a professional manufacturer engaged in API and finished injectables, focuses on breakthroughs in "small, new, and specialty" drugs and high-barrier pharmaceutical technologies. He emphasized that HEBUST’s profound strength in innovative drug synthesis, process optimization, and quality control, as well as its outstanding talent reserve, perfectly matches QbD Pharma’s development needs. The two parties agreed to establish a long-term strategic cooperative relationship, with the joint laboratory as a key platform.

Vice Dean Qiao Shanlin of HEBUST’s School of Chemical Engineering introduced the university’s achievements in full-chain research systems from drug molecular design to industrialization. He noted that QbD Pharma’s rich experience in pharmaceutical production and overseas market expansion will provide a broad platform for the industrialization of the university’s scientific research results.

The two parties reached a consensus on co-building a joint laboratory, jointly applying for scientific research projects, establishing internship and training bases, and customizing talent training programs. After the forum, the QbD Pharma delegation visited HEBUST’s key laboratories, highly affirming the university’s strong scientific research and industrialization capabilities.

This cooperation lays a solid foundation for QbD Pharma to strengthen technological innovation and talent reserve.
